Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern Spendi’s $10,000.00 Launch Promotion (“Competition”) conducted by Spendi (“Promoter”).

By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• The Competition is open to residents of Australia, excluding residents of South Australia.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter.

Competition Period

The Competition commences on 28/11/2024 and concludes on 31/01/2025 (“Competition Period”).

How to Enter

• To enter the Competition, participants must download the Spendi app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up as a Premium user.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize

One lucky Premium user will be selected at random and will receive the $10,000.00 prize.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by a random generator conducted by the Promoter on 1/2/2025.
• The winner will be notified via email on the day of the draw.

Prize Claim

• The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified.
• If the prize is not claimed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another participant.

Publicity

By entering the Competition, participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

General Conditions

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the entry process.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by participants or the winner in connection with the Competition or the use of the prize.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
